Hi, I’m Jag Dhaliwal ACA, a qualified Chartered Accountant and Career Coach. I help ACA students and early-career professionals advance through structured study support, exam strategy guidance, and career development advice.
I provide flexible, strategy-focused guidance for ACA students, including The Ultimate ACA Starter Pack, personalised 1:1 support calls, and study groups. My approach focuses on helping students balance full-time work with their studies, master exam technique, and maintain motivation throughout the qualification journey.
Alongside student support, I run Success Subtext, dedicated to corporate career coaching. Through this, I help professionals navigate promotion, visibility, and career acceleration within corporate environments and wider personal development.
I qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) after starting my career in external audit, including seven years at a Big Four firm and experience as an Audit Manager. Before my professional accounting career, I taught Mathematics at a secondary school and provided tutoring at GCSE and sixth-form level, giving me experience in structured guidance and mentoring.
Outside of work, I enjoy health, fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
